What a daft question, exactly the same stuff I listened to before dubstep was around or the stuff I don't listen to when listening to dubstep: largely roots reggae, old ska, and dub. Dubstep isn't even in my top ten most often played list.

Thing is dubstep/DSF opened up so many new doors especially with the whole UKfunky deep house sounds and eventually ealier styles of house

I would be listening to.. Electronic, Ska, Reggae, Jungle, Hip-Hop, Folk, House, and a few good Indie Rock bands.
Basically everything i listen to now apart from Grime but i probably would have discovered it somewhere else.
