Nice. Really enjoyed that...Oneman is a bad boy DJ! You can be sure of an incredible night when he's on the bill..

Actually, Blackdown (or anyone who might know), I have a question about this quote from the interview:

Oneman - "I definitely think my money is going a lot further than it was at React, especially with the new studio, how it looks in there." (Talking about RInse)

I've never heard anyone mention anything like this before....Do the guys that DJ on Rinse (i.e. you) have to stump up money for the privilege or something?
I'd always assumed the got paid for it...Or have I misunderstood what he was saying?

Cheers.

Again...Big interview. Really interesting.

i've not been into the noisy, mid range stuff since began. just not my sound. but times have moved on now so fair play to it, its off doing its thing now...

Good way to look at it even though i am guilty of commenting on proper tear-out tunes saying what i think of them. I can't help myself sometimes.

tear out has its place. and some of it is good. some of it is just stupid lol but not all dubstep can be all meditate-on-bass-weight. tbh i almost prefer what you hear skream or benga play these days (like at matter) to what a lot of more 'progressive' guys play (i have an amazing set from benga and caspa on rinse last year for example), though i like both.

anyway, oneman is an amazing dj. looking forward to his rinse cd.

fair enuff. i really liked some of it but think its just got a bit too much now, some of it literally hurts my ears. imo coki does it to perfection tho n noone else can touch him (kromestar comes close tho)
