The age of criminal responsibility is 10 in England and Wales so the kid would face rape charges here too, although I do wonder if a child of that age would know the full implications of what they were doing (I very much doubt it). Also it says in the article had sex with three girls but uses the hyperbolic language of RAPE the headline, so was it statutory rape? Either way there's very little to go on here.
