So who's on it then me ninjas?,gonna have a bit of a pancake blowout tonight.Korean seafood pancakes w spicy dipping sauce b2b ricotta and spinach followed by the classic sugar n lemon

thinking of doing a pancake meal like tacos.... putting all the ingredients in the middle of the table, have a stack of pancakes at the other, everyone grabs a pancake and fills it up..... then the same for pudding course, with sweet ingredients, like lemon/sugar/nutella/banana/etc...... question is what ingredients do you put out for mains?

nice idea man,maybe stuff like ham, cheese, olives,salsa,guacamole,sun dried tomatoes etc for teh main.

my 9 & 6 year old cousins stayed over last night, so i'm making pancakes as soon as
they've decided that they're hungry.

Maple syrup/lemon juice/nutella styles.

i dont believe in maple syrup... unless its a scotch pancake, but then im a butter man

been brainstroming the fillings...

savoury...
-ham/cheese
- bacon
- taco meat
- lettuce
- olives [good call]
- chick pea curry (gf makes it, is a sri lankan breakfast ting, amazing in pancakes]

sweet...
- lemon
- orange [good alternative to lemon, i may even prefer it..]
-sugar
- nutella
- bananas
- maple syrup (for h'mates)

Were rocking Buckwheat Pancakes with leek and bacon. Followed by pancakes with lemon and sugar....its the only way to go.
