Seein' him tonight, it's my birthday. Gonna get wasted on wine before going, gonna smoke a spliff there...can't think of a better way to celebrate my 20th bday.

The wonderful thing about shackleton is that he makes his percussion patterns with his pc's sequencer. He doesn't actually record a guy playing. Altho his percussion sound in some track really like some one played them live. Sickness. In few years Shackleton will dominate the modern dance music. You'll see. The guy is a visionary. The way you can just catch that state of mind after hearing like 5 minutes of deepness and percussion is just trancing. It's fucking great. Love you shackleton!

ya!!! i literally watched him perform, not just playing tunes but layers after layers of his samples. he was using an evolution. it was my homies first dubwar, and he loves dubstep. i tried telling him he had never heard before, and that tonight was gonna be the night that he would really hear. i ran into him a few times, and both of us forgot how to talk. we just looked at each other.

Okay - my birthday was celebrated on friday, actual thing on sunday, went to FWD>> just me and my flatmate. Went out for a cig, they were chillin there, asked them if they wanted to smoke with us. We had a spliff, they had a spliff.
