The system that DMZ played on was not a Funktion one system, neither was it the valve sound system lol

The system is called dirt sounds and we use speakers manufactured by Void acoustics.

Clash was heavy, at least the people on here have a slightly better idea than the guys on DOA :-\

I really enjoyed it but where were the exclusives? As pokes pointed out - Metalheadz was like playing a jungle mania CD, but DMZ just played their back catalogue. Don't get me wrong - it was amazing but just a bit strange. All hired in sounds (except trojan) and nothing but old tunes that you can buy in the shops. DMZ banged on about playing dub plates but there was non need for dubplates cause I've got them cause I heard them and bought them a long time ago. Ok, Jazzy B played CDs but at least he had tracks that no one else had. Chickaboo was wicked. It was all very peace and love, Pokes came to clash not sure what the rest came to do. Clash if you come to clash. Sound murder.

You missed the point. each soundsystem was meant to be repping there different sounds and try and present a picture of what they represent, not drop unknown dubs.

Just finish listening to this, and I gotta say outside of the first round DMZ were pretty meh, selection was a let down. Headz had really good first round, Storm's selection was sick, but for most part they were meh too. Trojan were a non factor. Jazzie was by far the most consistent selector, and most importantly he had Dubs.

Soul II Soul to me were the winners.

Also - anybody know what the 2nd tune in the 2nd Round from Digital Mystikz was?Had the sample 'And uh..nobody is to leave the room..The scanning experience is usually a painful one' - certain it was a Loefah riddim,can anybody help me out?
