left you some comments via soundcloud, thought all of your tracks were pretty good, production sounds pro, almost a bit too tight in my opinion...especially in the drums, get that shit dirty. faces of war is really the banger out of the bunch, i thought that high pitched cowbell you have going at some parts was a really nice accent to your hats. on the topic of hihats, i thought all of your tunes could benefit from some variation in that department; they already run pretty fast, throwing in some open hats and splashes would make them sound fantastic. the ambient parts in some of your tracks are dope, totally dug that. I think its cool that you have some pretty bright stuff during those ambient parts, but when it drops to the dubstep shit gets hella dark. nice tracks, all of them.

It's a sick track man feeling it, need the frequency separation sorted out a bit so that each sounds have a slight bit more clarity and could also do with the dynamics raising as it's a little on the quiet side... But I don't know whether or not it is a pre-master?

lulz mastering wasn't in the question when that track was originally thrown down...thats a single stereo track recording, so yeah the levels are completely whacked out. I''m planning on re-recording it, maybe toning down some of the noise on the ambient-ish voices.

well, not exactly, because certain things were panned on the sequencer i record from, it was technically stereo.

I dig The Little Soundboy, nice track especially the ambient parts. It's in my favourites on Soundcloud.

well, not exactly, because certain things were panned on the sequencer i record from, it was technically stereo.
When you're working in stereo and panning something all you're technically doing is turning the audio down on one channel, therefore if you pan something 100% L and you bounce the R channel, all your audio 100% panned L will be lost. If you just panned 50% L and bounced the mono R channel, you will hear the panned audio 50% quieter than you would when you heard it stereo (respectively)...

There's no such thing as a single stereo track dude, one stereo is made up of two mono tracks hard panned left and right to create one stereo track and by panning across the L/R channels all you're doing is increasing and decreasing the amount of volume on each channel, so when you bounce a stereo track as mono all it means is that things that are panned will be less audible (quieter). Look at it this way, if you're recording something in mono on a cardioid mic, the further left or right something goes from the microphone, the less of the audio is going to be recorded. The same applies in the digital world! And obviously in saying that I should mention that it requires two microphones if you want to record in stereo because you need a mic per channel.
