Agree. This forum is fast becoming the most boring fucking waste of time ever........

I mean is this guy seriously asking if there is a "magic" dubstep VST? Really?........ Now Im not a vindictive man but that is just a stupid question.

Oh and @the Op. Just because you are poor and your mum is on income support does NOT give you the right to steal software. Get a fucking job and save your money. When I was 17 I had two fucking jobs to try and get the money for decks etc. Dont be such a pussy.

Okay thanlks for your help I will get started on some dubstep tracks in a couple of days.
Now I feel that I don't need any more help of this forum.
Btw, beforeI created this thread I searched for "vst" on this forum and people making threads like mine also got no help.

any producer worth their salt could make shithot dubs with the stock FL plugs. spend less time downloading a new vst for every preset you think you need and first learn to use a few simple synths WELL

3xOsc FTW!!!

But, original poster, i think you fail to understand that synths ALL do the same thing, and its the techniques you use while programming those synths that wll give you the results you want, not other synths. Albino may have ambient presets, but that in NO way means thats the only sounds it can make. Learn about waveforms and modulation.

I think you are confused by the Itchy synths. They are called DUBSTEP synths because they were made by dubstep producers, and have some neat presets too build on, and make some of the common sounds in dub happen a little smoother then handprogramming them into a traditional synth. But, they are simple hybrid synths, with PRESETS related to dubstep. However. The only trance song I have ever wrote was made using the Skyscraper.

There is no such thing as a genre or sound specific synth. YOu said you had FM8, which is arguable one of the most powerful synths there is. I suggest you look up 'FM8 Wobbles' on youtube, and go from there, before you assume all the FM8 can make are 'Piano sounds'
