Crazy Frog or Achmed the Dead Terrorist. My body is filled to the brim with emotions whenever I hear them.

This. Cats can work up a pretty fucking horrid sounding meow too, I remember reading that they emulate the sound of a human baby crying as humans find that noise hard to ignore.

I saw Radiohead in Oxford back in 2001 doing a home coming gig. They played 'Creep' for the first time in four years and 40,000 people went mental as the guitar clanged into a C major (?), the hairs on the back of my neck literally stood up and some American lass in front of me began to cry. Probably the most powerful thing I have heard...a close second would be Pink Floyd in 93 breaking out into Comfortably Numb - the crowds reaction was far more reserved but it was still incredibly powerful and something I'll carry with me until I snuff it.

All that is on a personal level though... on a universal level I'd too would probably go with a baby crying.

Also a common misconception is that there can be explosions in space (as in with fire and stuff)

Also, the sound Burial uses in In Mcdonalds & Lambeth...

Fuckin spine-chilling-goose-bumping-hair-raising-sounds
Dark angel, fall from the heavens above, send me an angel to heal my heart from being in love... After all of the love for you, in my life, but it wasn’t good enough for you, I can’t take no more tears from my eyes.... But it wasn’t good enough for you, I can't take no more hurt from that time....
