Re: MY FIRST DUBSTEP TRACK! "GIVE ME A WHAT?" FREE 320
pretty cool tune man... I think you should chill out on the sample usage in the first 2 minutes... and then hold back on its use throughout the track. it gets a bit annoying after a few repetitions. But otherwise pretty cool... not really my thing atm but theres plenty of people who will lose their shit to stuff like this.

Nice work, the build up to the initial drop took wayyyyy to long for me. But once it dropped i got right back into it. Longer intros can definitely build up to a drop to where it sounds perfect, but can also just sound a little repetitive. Keep alot of change ups in the intro to let the listener know that its an intro, and hasnt dropped into the full track. Thats my opinion. But other than that, great vowel sound on the wobbles. Sub bass feels good. Nice sample too! Keep up the good work!

dope fucking love the drop, let me get a 320 if possible. The vocals are a bit annoying, but whatever, your first tuune its fuckinggg good. WHat you use to make the bass and what DAW?

nice work! some new talent here man
yeah i pretty much agree with the other comments- it was awesome when it dropped ( especially for your first try) but the intro was kinda repetetive and it dragged on a bit
keep it up !

thanks you guys! you can download a 320 from the soundcloud player. i use FL Studio 9 and i used native instruments massive for the bass. yeah im getting a few people saying the vocal gets a little annoying and that the intro is too long. also i understand what ur saying about people not knowing if its dropped yet. like you'll hear the bass sounds coming in and you cant be sure if thats what the rest of the song is gonna sound like, and its 6 minutes so some people might shut it off right away. i myself dont like long intros and if i think its dropped already and it sounds lame i usually say NEXT. so i'll be sure to keep the intros minimal from now on. thanks for all the input guys!Mold Inpsektor wrote:dope fucking love the drop, let me get a 320 if possible. yeah it is - if you took out most of the intro to this tune and kept it as 16 bars... it could be amazing!rudebwoy wrote:Corkz wrote:

ok thanks guys! stay tuned for the next one then, shorter intro, and im thinkin of mixing in some rap lyrics from a good song. what do you guys think about dubstep with rap vocals placed strategically? datsik does this sometimes and some other people as well. i think its an awesome combination!
