these were made using beepmap ...

Image

the spectral analyzer im using is ...
Spectrogram version 5.0

it sounds messy lol some pictures make nice sounds but they're pretty rare

i found a piece of seen's graffiti made a really nice noise but most pics n images are just blips n beeps

although u can manipulate them slightly ... one theory was to imprint to a frequency that was inaudible but if you go too low the image is distorted .... to high it really screams n tbh drove me mad the other night

im determined to find something pleasing to embed. :e:

@ tripaddict

I made an image in photoshop, loaded it into photosounder, routed the audio output into audacity (recorded it the sound the image made) then i dropped the sound into Izotope RX for the visual feedback.

in fl ? ... you need to tune your bmp

use the freq. setting and length to make the bmp square

how long do u have your patterns set ? ... i have them @ 8/4 (system settings > project general settings)

u can use fls default spectroman to preview the wav/picture in fl

then use the spectrograph for analysis out side of fl

by clicking file > analyse file

and the pictures work best if they have a black background

.... if they have a white bg they will just show up as excess noise ;0)

hope this helps bud
any more Q's dont hesitate to ask
