i didnt read all the posts but i like the way people just refer it as "fabric 37" rather than saying whos on it? haha

its like everyone hates to admit thats its ruskos fault they like dubstep haha
(id mention caspa but he is just carried by rusko)

It was Burial, Distance & Skream that got me into dubstep. But I do admit that mix cd did have a hand somewhere along the line. Its easier to just call it Fabric.37 anyway.

Id sit them with a big sub and show them this thread.
They'd be sorted

Also would lend them my copy of "i love dubstep". The Geeneus and Youngsta cd's. Big.

If they haven't already.

Tell them to type "dubstep" in youtube and click the first link. I think it pretty much sums up the entire genre, its past its present and its future.

just to let everyone know i'm not trying to slag off fabriclive 37 as a mix, it's just that it became so popular for some reason you had a bunch of idiots who didn't know anything about dubstep or what fabriclive was, going around thinking they knew everything. this is what i got (on a few occasions)

Me: yeah that tune V by distance is sick.
Fabriclive37 Fan: mate that tune is by caspa & rusko. . .
Me: errrm nah its not its by distance. . .
Fabriclive37 Fan: nah mate, your wrong it says on my ipod that caspa & rusko did it
Me: well your ipod is wrong, i've got the tune on 12' do you want me to get it from my house and show you?
Fabriclive37 Fan: well when i torrented it, it said that caspa & rusko were the artists on every tune. . .
Me: you know that tune the drop by unitz?
Fabriclive37 Fan: whos unitz?
Me: . . . :u:

dubstep allstars 4 and 5. Keep on having to buy them for people. I should have got a share in them. Starting to think that dubstep allstars 7 might replace 4.

I love 2. Its a public transport banger and a warm up drinks and home sound track but the others are more accessible for a new comer. You know?
