he also got sued for ripping off a chiptune producer for a nelly furtado track...not sure what the outcome of that was. i think the same thing happened with big pimpin', but that might've been the label's fault, i dunno.

Daft punk are a bit of pirates themselves, ripping off quite a bit of shit.

You know what.

If I was making the P he is, I would do the same.

He makes enough of just 1 track to pay off anything - I know its robbing artists of their music but I mean, sheeit...If Timbo samples one of your tracks, you must make pretty good music, for it to work in a pop enviroment.

This is a non-argument though. Of course you make good music, that's why it got stolen. But it doesn't justify the thief's actions.

I propose we stop tearing into noobs instead of tearing into DH...I've noticed way too much dickheadism and bully-esque attitudes on this forum as of late.

Not tearing into anyone man. Just pointing out the double standard.

Yeah I didn't mean for that to sound like you were and none of what I said was directed at you. Reading my post back I can see how it can be read that way, so my apologies if that's how it came off. I just meant to acknowledge the double standard you pointed out and took the opportunity to mention how I felt people were acting on the board recently in hopes to prevent it from happening here.

Thats not true. When DH posted a track he made in the production forum it got locked and flamed. Plus Noobs are annoying they teach us nothing. But DH always has good advie :t:
