Well, it is in a bar, so yes, unless you can fake ID it or something.

I may try and set up an all ages show sometime this summer, though I have to work it out with the venue operator for it.

I second any under age venue in pa lol that isnt a crazy rave lol. We have a good bit of stuff in the pgh area but not one thing that is under 21 unless its a rave or close to it.
