How to make this Sound?

Anyone got any ideas on how to make this sound, specifically at 0:12, 0:15, 0:19....It sounds like lion with a really deep growl, would really like to know how to make something like this.

Probably a reeses bass distorted, resampled, distorted again, and again, then maybe just maybe a formant filter.

Atleast that's kind of what I did with with the second track in my sig.

I guarantee you do not have to re sample that sound, re sampling would help but its mostly just a a lot of distortion effects on a saw-ish wave type bass with some tight chorus thrown in the mix there as well.
