I dunno 'bout anyone else but for me, it's hard to get any better than Darqwan (alias of Oris Jay).

Otherwise...

Artful Dodger, Zed Bias, some of the Horsepower Productions catalog is pretty good, some Wookie tracks. Plastician's old stuff (under the name Plasticman) is pretty hot too. There's gotta be some decent mixes out there for this sound.

Thought about it but he's not really my favorite in all honesty. Man's got some talent, just doesn't make sounds I dig all the time. But yeah, if you're gonna mention the UK-G 2step heavies...
