Wow, I had no idea there was any kind of dubstep scene where I lived!

not sure which is funnier, the original post, fast forwarding to the last page bukkake party, or that tune u made haha. let me get a 320 geeza! psyche. yeah they called jump up clownstep and that made em step up their game a little around 04-05, we just have to think of another new term that hits as close to home w the yite heads and maybe it will happen again. to be fair tho, the techy side of dnb hasnt progressed much since that era either, from 98-99 to 04-05 was just an insane time machine and i guess there just isnt that much future left to reference.

Wow - A lot of snobbery.

You can't dictate the way the scene should go. Do what you're doing and don't hate that people are having success within a different area of the genre. Keep making what you want to hear, I'm sure others are and you can listen to that. If you're that bothered I'm sure you'll find the stuff you want to hear, or are you unable to look past the top10 on chemical?

This kind of snobbish attitude is what could shatter Dubstep into a million silly sub-genres. Like house:

House
Acid house
Boogie
Bubblegum dance
Chicago house
Crack house
Dark house
Deep house
Disco house
Dream house
Electro house
Euro house
Fidget house
French house
Freestyle house
US garage
Ghetto house
UK Hard house
Hard NRG
Hi-NRG
Hip house
Italo house
Jackin' house
Kwaito
Latin house
Merenhouse
Minimal house/Microhouse
Progressive house
Scouse house
Swing house
Electronica
Tribal house
Tech house
