Real bona fide business practice by Swamp81 here. Confirm with certainty it won't be coming out on vinyl so that as many people as possible buy the (more profitable) cds, then put it out on vinyl anyway. I won't be buying a copy.

do have any base at all for this argument?

pretty sure they always said something was going to come out on vinyl (pretty sure it was a split up remix lp).

They confirmed it wasn't coming out on vinyl [search the one of us album thread, it's in there] + Lots of people [including me] buy the CD as a result + It comes out on vinyl.

I doubt they released it as a favour to the baying fans since they always knew there would me massive demand for vinyl. Hence I assume they released it in this way for the £££. I'm happy to hear an alternative explanation if there is one.

Loefah realised the demand for it on vinyl after the CD was released.

100% sure i read numerous posts from people saying there were going to be some kind of vinyl release (remix eps' more then likely).

and who cares if they decided to do this to get a little more $. (which i doubt you could really gain from a limited press of an LP.) after manufacturing & distribution costs I cant imagine them making more then a few bucks off each release (if that even.) so maybe they might make a couple $1000 (if they're lucky!) off of months of working on getting this album produced/pressed/distrubuted/promoted/etc.

I've got no problems spending another $25 that I know is going to someone and something I believe in.
