12' vinyl pressing costs ???

we don't have a single commercial vinyl press here in NZ...

...and the closest one is Oz but the quality can be dubious

so how much all up does it cost in europe/UK and stateside for 500 and 1000 units...

do you have to pay extra for mastering costs, test presses and labelling ???

and incidentally is it the cost, the turnaround time or the distributors which holds up releases ???

Yes. The first 500 cost a fair whack but the price goes down quite a lot after that.
