Roll that shit, light that shit, smoke it - Dubstep Track?!

Does anybody remember that dubstep track using a sample that sounded like it was from an old TV show and it said 'Roll that shit, light that shit, smoke it' or just 'Roll it, light it, smoke it' it's bugging me that I heard it on sub fm few years back and found it but then I remembered it recently and I can't find it on the web now.

If someone mentioned the artist name maybe it began with D? i can't remember - i no i've been on his myspace before and then downloaded one of his mixes from his blog and it had that track in it as well.

Anyway if you could help me out it would save all this brain ache & maybe I could throw together a classic dubstep mixtape lol.
