need bloggers/journos/writers/video crew for a garage site

Easy All,

I'm currently in the process of setting up a website for garage, 2step and future garage (whatever you wanna call it.) I'm looking for bloggers and writers to help contribute articles and write stuff.

If you are into the following artists this site is for you. Pangea, Whistla, Untold, Joy Orbison, Submerse, Clueless, Sines, Sully, Ramadanman, Littlefoot, Hackman, VVV, El-B, MJ Cole and the like.

We are also looking for a video crew to come down and record events and interviews and do some editing for the video hub. Own equipment like a Z1 would be ideal. We have the facilities to edit and we will do it in HD for the site.

The site will be doing a mixtape series and eventually a label pushing the sound.

If you need experience, someone told me I should be a music journalist. And I had a blog when I was 14 but lets not go there. I think you should like, give everyone a subject to write on. Then whoever writes the best gets the job?

Hi thanks for the interest people.

Experience isn't necessarily essential, but we want the level of writing to be as high as possible, so you are gonna need to submit an article or text of some sort so we can gauge if you are right. We need passionate, articulate, and descriptive writing about the future sound and garage genre whilst also covering some of the musicology and maybe music theory. It also helps if you think you can view things in a historical context. I personally respect the level of journalism on a site like Pitchfork, but I would like our site to be less elitist and more informative, always supporting the artists and labels with consise and relevant hyperlinks.

I'm definitely down to contribute some writing, although my knowledge is more on the US side of house and techno and a little bit of NYC garage.
