Sun In Aquarius:
Sun in aquarius is the Synthesized Data from an exploration through the deep, drenched underworlds of experimental electronic composition. Sound design plays a leading role and is carried out with in this project with scrupulous attention to the gl♪tchest of details.

The name Sun in Aquarius draws from an astrological connection and also to the love of the sea and all things water sounding, so field recordings of water from a variety of soundscapes are manipulated in with other captured sounds aswell as dense sonic scapes . Acid drenched basslines and intelligent sampling to create a truly origional aural experience. Sun in Aquarius also draws attention to the light in the dark (or the sun in the deep sea.), for this project encompasses deep underworld like soundscapes which often have a ray of light through the use of ethereal and uplifting sound design.

Jake (23) resides in the lush hinterland of the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales (Australia), in the hills just out of Byron Bay, He uses this as a defining tool to draw inspiration from the landscape and also the people he surrounds himself with.

S.I.A also has releases coming out on Addictech Records (Dave Tipper Mastering) And Australia's Zenon & Retort Records and reguarly plays @ festivals around Australia.
