Oneman or Chef. Judging this soley off all the mixes ive been listening to.
Rinse 11 and the Dubstep Allstars by both artists (respectively) are required listening.

My favorite dj's at the moment has got to be Youngsta or Distance.
Love the choice of tunes and, of course, mixing skills.
Also, I'm relatively new to the scene, and recently I'm trying to dig into the older stuff.

i know this is all opinions but i can't really understand anyone not putting Youngsta top of the pile tbh...
i mean even if your not into the style of tunes he plays...for EQ skills, blending skills, picking tunes that fit perfectly together, timing, tightness...he just has it all...
in 6-7 years of listening to him on radio i have never heard him clang or let a record go out for more than a second, the worse that ever happens is very occasionally you can say 'those two tunes didn't go together aswell as the rest of this set' but even then he still pulls off a decent mix (plus this is of course being picky and activley looking for errors after refusing to believe he is in fact human...haha...)
for me...no other dj has that same top class, high level consistency and seamless flow running through their sets week in week out...
