Hi
Ill try to be somekind usefull;)
First of all depends how rich You are... then You can think about right gear.
Second thing is what music it must be used for.
If im right its somekind rave music... then You need to hear low frequencies.
Anyway You should remeber that monitors in studio are a tool. Most studio engineers use Yamaha NS-10. They sound crap, really... crap;)
But its because they must be comparable to the average home systems that people often use. They are. Unfortunately they out of market right now and if You really want them You have to buy only used but we still have some good monitors these days. For example check Yamaha HS50 or maybe even better Yamaha HS80. They relatively cheap and they can be set sound comparable to NS10 (low freq, mid, hi). So thats all about NEAR field monitors. As reference You may use something different - for example home theater speakers or car system;)
Pink speakers will be hard to find but tannoy reveal has been red (they in fact crap), Akai Rp8 has red rounds, And some Samson has some red accents (they even were a winner in some categories).
Or... buy good monitors and go to the car workshop - they probably can paint enclosures what color You want.
For good bass i always prefer real analog synthesizer with hand-available LP, HP filters. Plugins are only plugins.
Hmm midi kayboard for left handed???? Did You heard about piano for lefthanded? Maybe You mean midi controller - then most of them are programmable - You can set what You and where want. Or just turn it upside down.
I remember old samplers from AKAI - there every key can be tuned separately it means that high notes may be played from left hand but i have no idea how to play on something like this;)
Hmm kicks... thats long story to explain but in shortcut... why the hell You do not build/create them by self? Its easy - take for example cool edit pro, choose few kicks which are acceptable and mix/cut/eq/whatever them together. Idea is simple - i always do that and my kicks always sound different than others.
Yamaha HS80 are about 400 uk pounds. For the rest You may get some custom design.
Thats all i think
Cheers and stay tuned heh
P.S. Sorry for my English;)
