Hello everybody. The first thing that I would like to state is that I'm sorry if I have posted my introduction thread in the wrong subforum. The reason I posted it here is because my favourite genre of music is dubstep and I didn't see an "Introduce Yourself" thread or subforum. Now, on to the actual introduction...
My name is Dan, but you may call me whatever you please. I first heard dubstep by stumbling across it by sheer accident. The song was Ghosthack - S.E.L, and I first heard it on YouTube (I'm quite certain that most of you around here have heard of it). I moderately liked the song, and listened to more dubstep songs (it was still very new to me, and I'm naturally curious); I fell in love with the genre pretty much instantly. I later tried my hand at using FL Studio (Fruity Edition) to try and make some dubstep of my own. Like many a person's first couple of attempts at just about anything - it was abominable (to put it mildly). The above explains my two reasons for being here: The first is that I'm in need of a bit of tutoring and guidance from some Fruity Veterans; and the second is that I just talking to people with similar interests. So, um... Hi.

Welcome.
You'll get plenty of great help and advice in the production forum, people in there are very helpful and the production bible sticky is brilliant for production tips and help.
