its a weird album, i will never say any music is shit (unless its mt eden hahaha) but its differnt. Some songs are really going to push into the mainstream scene and be played in house/electro clubs for sure. And then you have songs like scareware which is like the new generation of dirty dirty dub.

Ive been listening to this album for the past few days and really like it. I can see why people on here dont rate it, but Rusko seems to be all about pushing boundaries and this with this album he's showing his full spectrum. Anyone could have released an album of 14 dubstep wobblers but thats not really an "album" as such. The variety of tunes on it is excellent, different styles and rhythms. If you had 14 wobblers the album would get very tiresome, very quickly.

And the people saying theres a techno feel to it???? Have you ever listened to techno??

edit, just listened to whole album. Let the dubstep to mainstream process begin. This album is going to be at the forefront. I dont want to go to a gig hear something i liike and have 200 other ppl liking it, that are just there for the scene. :u: Dubstep is like a hideaway from reality, it puts you in another world.

Waaaay too much talkbox on this album. Just couldn't listen to it.
I do like 'Hold On' though, nice bit of summer bassline.

and this is where people realize that they can't own a genre or a tempo and either let it go and stop caring about what a bunch of hipsters do and don't listen to, or find some other more "obscure" music to "hide away from reality".

I mean, seriously.

I wish rusko didnt go down this path, i mean you already hear sweet shop in some clubs, his will be the next ones then followed by more dubstep and more and more and then its going to be everywhere :(
100% my thoughts, word to creeptown !

Dubstep went mainstream a while back.

I dont mind the scenesters getting involved, if they buy Tunes and Go to nights and events then they are supporting labels and such, and when the next big thing comes along they fuck off again anyway, leaving the people who always loved the genre still there supporting it like always.

get over it. its just a genre of music not some holy grail you have to defend from "scenesters" and "hipsters". So more people are liking dubstep...why get angry about it? that is a good thing. more dubstep for everyone. some of you are just plain retarded.

ps...This album rocks. Let the haters hate. Big up Rusko for pushing the boundaries of bass music!

as long as you've rationalized your thievery... at least have the common sense not to talk about it in a place where doing so may get you banned
