This was done years and years back by some of the old heads. I can't find the link but I'm sure one of them will come along and post it :D. But from what i remember their happy for us to start another one

i've got space a domain and wouldn't have a problem tossing tentative moniker for a netlabel since i used to help run darkland if needed
long as it maintains quality control and not just any old thing, cool by me

1 a month imo is pushing it if you wanna do it right. art, promo, mastering and quality control
and give it some time to be exposed instead of an influx of tunes distracting from each other
