hey, i am not really into house music but ive just been given about 1000 old house records, mostly fromthe early-mid 90's, is there a market for selling this stuff?

like with any other genre it entirely depends on what you have.

aye, if you have 1k of vinyl up for sale you will inevitably have something someone wants. probably a fair bit.

i would like some to, though i know the artists will be completely unknown to me.

how about you do a GRAB BAG at 2euro a pop. you pick the best sounding ones!

Yeah I've been collecting house from that period lately. I'm not too up on names and tracks but think the grab bag idea could work.

im going to pick them up this week, then ill have to got through them all and catalogue them, so it may take a little while. i ll post a lsit of them up as soon as i can.

spoke to the person today and they seem to be (understandably) indecisive about the giving me the records. they offered them to me i never asked for them, so im not sure if ill recive them at all. however i told them that even if they wanted to keep and sell them themselves i would help facilitate that. so if i get a list i will for sure post it to dsf first. thanks for the replies. and if you're looking for any dubstep or jungle i have loads on sale in the main forum check them out.
