Not randomly nope. I have heard loads of mine played by DJs on big rigs in London tho.

how does it feel? embarrassing if I am honest. I spot 'errors' straight away. Every track I have heard of mine played out has been binned :D couple of them were liked and even got asked about releasing one but still binned it off.

I hope I start to like my music for longer than 3 days soon or I am binning this production game off too.
Don’t worry about people stealing an idea. If it’s original, you will have to ram it down their throats.

I went to chicago to see Benga & Hatcha in 2007.

I walked into the club and about 5 minutes later I heard one of my tunes.. was such a happy moment.

I later thanked the DJ for playing them and he had no idea who I was haha...

such a good feeling

The first few times I heard a track of mine on a big system it made me feel ill. I wanted to run up to the booth and say "Nooo! Take it off!"

These days I know what I'm doing a lot more and I'm pretty ambivalent. The way it sounds is not really a surprise, plus most people don't really give a shit about what's playing anyways, so I'm not on some "I'm changing people's lives!" trip.

I'm more like "Yep, that's what I thought."

Great learning experience tho, on the whole.

Once or twice, and as someone above said, you spot the errors, and its embarressing haha.

But yeah also, it gives you a right hardon!
