hmm ssainsburies be good to your slef egg an cress... then a chicken lettuce and tomato... packet of cheese and onion.. orange and an apple.. washed down with a botle of water does me... for an hour or so.

no mustard and beef left in my local tottenham court road tesco....

but greggs blt + cornish pasty did the job. the BLT was particualry impressive for 1.65. :W:
