I have this mixer which I got when i first bought my decks, but since then I have got a new mixer for my decks and i have nothing to do with this one. I want to get into producing again and I was wondering, is there any way I can connect this to my pc to use as a mixer for programs like Logic etc.

There's an USB version of it, if it's this one you got you might be able to use it as a MIDI controller, otherwise you can still send your speakers cable to it. Not sure it makes any difference...

yeah you can, but it won't be the cleanest output you've ever heard.
if you can, sell that mixer and put your money towards a studio mixer.
there are decent ones for around $250

Shit man, give it a whirl yourself before deciding to sell it!

Just plug your computers outputs into the line ins, flick the switch to line and plug the output of the mixer into your amp/speakers.

If its good enought to play records thru it can't be the end of the world to play your computer thru it!

Don't wait to for fancy speakers, start making tunes today!

Bruv.... if u make music with this mixer your choons will sound good played though this mixer but sound shit anywhere else. The mixer enhances the sound which is not what you want when making music... to start off with, you need a set of monitors and cable that goes into your sound card from the monitors. this is what i had for a long time and things worked out ok.

why do you need a mixer for anyway? do you have any outboard gear?

if not, you dont need one right now.

hope that helps
