This production one is a great example of an imbalance of supply and demand especially when you consider how the majority of people reach a point where the simplistic statement of 'use your ears' is more than just a buzzword
Not dissing people, just saying, a tool for production research doesn't need such a custy hand-in-hand community... If anything, it begins to dilute a little. Fair enough it's a worthy cause to keep this forum going, just not to the sacrificial extent some recluses seem to opt for
What I'm saying is this forum should be more of a pleasant half-way house like a direct opposite to 'rehab' haha; people should become nourished for the musical world then leave on a voyage into it
If that ruffles anyones' feathers, maybe it's time you used them for flying ehhhh
That is pretty close to what I have been saying for a while.
Anyway to the OP, so you are saying this thread should be locked since it is exactly the type of thread you are talking about?

Yes. Ideally, give the whiners a day to read this and then let's lock this MoFo and get back to business.

You know this thread won't make a difference right? I hate to be negative but ...

WTF is in the coolaid? The experience here lately has been a trip! So self-conscious. It's like a paranoid egomanical acid trip that ends up with a smashed mirror and bloody knuckles.
Stop staring at yourself!

I dont like that term "noob". Its retarded. No one woke up one morning and starting making hits. everyone started out as a "noob" . this follows for life in general. And bashing on people starting out ,just makes them lose interests in the subject/genre.

Check the other threads I have started or contributed to, thanks. I put my money where my mouth is.
If you actually read this thread (which is in response to the 5 or so whiney threads that have popped up in the last month), I indicated that this thread should be locked.

yeahh i know you said it should have been locked. but to be fair this thread wasn't really needed.
the noob/awsum-wobble threads have decreased majorly in the past few weeks, and similarly
the whiney threads have done in the past week or so. Just seems like you're preaching whats already been preached.
