(SIN) Kode9 at the Heineken Green Room

So there's publicity for this event on the Heineken green room Singapore website... but no information on entry cost or anything, it just says RSVP, but you need to log in to RSVP. is this members only or what? I'd go mental if I missed kode9 in my favourite city.
