Hi guys,
HUGE dubstep from coming out of Hong Kong, been listening to dubstep for a while now and I can easily call it one of my favorite types of music and I would definitely consider myself a huge dub-head

Look forward to sharing my thoughts and favorite tracks with all of you!!

Hey guys from Essex (South East England), been browsing the forums for a while now, thought i might as well make an account and join in this mess.

For me it's all about dubstep, but because i've been into the electronica dance scene for a few years i don't mind the new twist dubstep has taken as of recent - i'm sure the purists will hate me for that. I like the old stuff, new stuff and the stuff in between. To be honest i'd rather prefer to avoid these "pigeon holes".

Thought i'd introduce myself, and i guess i'll be seeing you around.

Cheers

Bugs.

Hi, all. I'm a producer who likes to share his music with the world. I started out in breakcore/DnB, but I've branched out to lolicore, house, and my personal favorite, dubstep. So far I've released 4 albums, and I'm working on my 5th. Working title is "Sesquipedalian", and it'll clock in at just under 80 minutes. Dubstep, DnB, lolistep.

Enough spam. Aside from music, I enjoy anime/manga and I'm an avid modder. I find it, I fix it, and then make it better. I also work in the visual arts.

It's nice to be welcomed here.

Hey all,
I go by either Sidereal or Drewb. I've spent nearly 16 hours a day for the last 9 years working on my stuff, other peoples bands, recording and such, or literally just listening to music. About a year ago someone told me that my stuff sounded like dubstep, oddly I'd never even heard of it. When i started listening to other peoples stuff I knew this was the genre I was meant to fit in. For a long time I could only listen to a certain genre in like a weekly rotation because i'd get bored. That hasn't happened yet with dubstep, not to say there isn't some stuff out there that's just total crap.

Hi all,

Long time lurker, finally got around to creating an account: )
From Coventry originally, based in Nottingham now and loving all the events that are put on up here.
Been interested in Dubstep from early 2007 when i saw Skream and Benga, and gradually got more hooked on the sound.
Atm, really feeling Breakage, Skream's new stuff (can't wait for the album!), Benga, as well as Synkro, Darkstar and all the other usual suspects.
Really appreciate the forum, i find it an amazing way to keep a grip on whats beeing released, nights that are happening, and of course all the 320's that are given away.
So anyway, i'm Ben, i'm 20, and i'm glad i finally got around to creating an account :t:

Hey, I'm Hailey.

Got into dubstep from listening to Mary-Ann Hobbes' radio show a while back and it went from there.
In layman’s terms I’m a displeased person; lunatic, maniac, dissatisfied person, madman, prick. You wanna play hard? Well I play in the graveyard and dance naked with corpses playing the depraved card- I’m chelsea smiling with my face scarred.

what's up? Mr Frost hear. I live in New Hampshire pretty far removed from city life, but i've been steadily spinning records for the past 6 or 8 years. In the past year or so i've been getting quite into the dubstep. current set-up is tech 12X2, rane ttm 56, serato scratch live, macbook pro. i do a monthly event at a little bar in town, but i don't get to break out the real underground music til it's almost closing time. the first hour or two i have to spin more mainstream music while people are still eating dinner.

peace,

justin

Hello all. My name is Mickey, I'm from the USA. I discovered dubstep from listening to a lot of dnb, and eventually got hooked. Now I listen to mostly just dubstep. None of my friends really like dubstep besides me, but I like to do my own thing :D I like making songs, a lot of them have dubstep influences in them, you can check them out hereeee. :t:

Hey all. My name is Anthony and just looking for some fun dubstep conversation and talking about the genre! I also like long walks on the beach and foot rubs.

I'm no producer or DJ. Just a simple fan of the music!!

Peace.
