Dubstep Transformer Robot Sound

hello , im new to the dubstep community , i tried searching google for an answer but unfortunately i was unable to find any info , my question is , how is the Transformer / Robot sound created , is still has the wobble effect on but it sounds more like something that you would hear if transformers were able to talk lol im not sure how to explain it its just like this filthy electric heavy wobble , heres a linky to Invaders must Die Chase and status remix its the sound that starts around 55 seconds into the track http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gGkXYHZmXDY , it drives me crazy and i want to know how to make create it , please help me !!!!!!!!!!
