...and its back to behaving like the snappy forum it is meant to be:
too many stnuc with 10 bazillion sluggish slow loading soundclouds (really does every tnuc need them in sigs?), shitty lolgos, crap images of tanks and skulls and speakers and 'urban' shit, inane quotes from other mildly retarded forum memebers, etc etc ad nauseum

but apart from that its 'grate'

sames, did the same last year, I couldn't even go into a thread that Skream posted in without my laptop choking because of his Goldie gif sig.

There was a thread on soundcloud sigs a while ago and 'the board of them people who actually posted
in that thread' came to the conclusion that it does help promoting your track.
But I also think big signatures are annoying, gets worse if people start quoting eachother all the time.
