Listen to Datsik - Gizmo (I Think? It could be Gecko) anyways, its a Datsik song. His old stuff all sounds the same anyways.
Then listen to Point.Blank - Single Drop.

Sounds like both layered.

Is it from a popular sample pack or something? I wanna find it, because my sample collection is lacking in snares (ones that are good anyways)

Its just a snare layered with some noise nothing special imo..

yep, just a basic noise snare. you can make it yourself easily using any synth that has a noise osc.

You can make good snares out of many "not good" snares.
