As a keyboard I used the company of logitech. It has really soft key to use it. The main thing is that it provides life time warranty period. As a cost wise it is cheapest among other keyboards.

i can't imagine going back to a mouse tbh. everytime i have it's so awkward. maybe if i was gaming i would, but otherwise trackballs ftw.

I will flick the cursor with accuracy from one side of the daw to the other while you are still lifting and droping the mouse to get half way. :D

trackball sensitivities can be adjusted just like a mouse
only i just move 1 finger instead of my hand, wrist, arm...

prolly the same reason when i was a kid playing atari and nintendo racing games i'd lean in the direction of where i was steering the car as i pressed the button
i remember hating trackballs back in the 80s/90s now using one is so natural, just haven't tried it with gaming
prolly if i used both my pointer and middle finger on the ball i could pwn my old fps aiming shit
