My friend 'gave up' last week.
I don't know if this is to do with it, but he stared coughing up red/brown stuff.

technically a thing that made me happy yesterday (and has kept me happy since) was seeing Between the Buried and Me at the underworld... quite possibly the greatest live band ever, so so so technically proficient, every single member is the absoloute tits at their respective instruments and they are always 100% perfect live, not a single mistake from any of them at any point during their set!

yea i sometimes flem up when i dont smoke for a while and do excersise, i think its all the bad shit coming out my lungs.
was a killer sleeping last night without bud but i feel fresh today, 2nd time without it today i hope!!

Discovering Digital Mystikz - Stuck. What an absolute, beautiful tune. Stupid me, have had it in my collection for ages but was too focused on Neverland to pay attention to the flip. Can't express my awe.
