FUCK THAT.) The proposed legislation WILL take that already-absurd price even higher, because they're adding a big chunk of tax onto the back of those already inflated prices.

that articles focus is on the northern outdoor crops, but i've heard it's getting a lot harder to get rid of indoor as well. i would have expected that the overall effect of that would be the quality continuing to go up and the price to begin to go down. maybe not though, maybe as you said it will just be a more exclusive group of growers dominating the market.
