If you look at the top left of this page, you will see that it says "dubstepforum.com worldwide dubstep community" Does that mean we can't decide the topics we wish to discuss? It is human nature to not agree with everyone, also to argue. Do we stop being human for the sake of dubstepforum? I believe that debate is healthy and essential to progress... i.e. parliment... congress.. etc. I agree that somethings could have been taken lighter, but I don't believe in compromise at the cost of compromising one's own beliefs. Every so often, some one like you, attempts to post and be the voice of reason. But if you were in my shoes, and taking constant abuse for standing up for your faith and morals, you might be singing a different song.

this site is a place for music. music first, everything else second. if your faith is being tested on the internet, then you should be big enough to realize that its....the internet. this site is global, as you said, and with the global internet comes a certain degree of chaos, but also a lot of wisdom filtered through it. if you're willing to present a topic for debate on the internet, you should be ready for the consequences, or at least be humble enough to realize that your thinking could be wrong, or flawed. being patriotic, nationalistic or faithful to your cause, doesn't mean you have to be like a giant stone in the road. being that stone, doesn't make you more patriotic, it just makes you non-compromising, which in the end stifles discussion.

I'm not compromising to unjust banter. Do you expect people to say "bass hertz is a fucking racist hick"; and I compromise with that!? If more people were able to calmly discuss an issue, the way you do, I wouldn't have a problem. moderators are not supposed to sit here and squash fires all day long and take shots from people. as with any human being, if you push them 15 feet, they'll push you back 15 feet. badger is here to help this place function, and judging by the sheer amount of net bullshit he's had to face in the last week from a pack of people in here, i'm sure he's as fedup with it as everyone else is. you can support or encourage any change you want, but the reality is that this place has functioned and grown for 5 years now with the same basic core principles, and i don't see that changing anytime soon.
