Yeh it was firing. The dissident rig was on point again, clear as a bell, yet loud as hell (rm 2 couldn't even cope lol- for the first coupla hours until they sorted the system fully in rm 2 you could only hear the main rig). Thank fuck I remembered to take some quality earplugs this time ;)

All the DJs I saw rinsed it, no idea who played what thanks to the stripe :D- I found my spot by the stacks and shocked out :D

Thinking played a heavy set as per (Timba sounds SO good on that rig , NType smacked it hard, really feeling his selection, Loefah and Mystikz went so, so deep and Skream blew it up. His first tune/intro with the subloaded skit was BIG! Have no memory after that :D

Have to admit to being slightly disappointed with the turnout Bristol... what was it? Still there was plenty nuff peeps to get the vibe, just heads I figured I'd see where absent.

Roll on sub 4!

Another great subloaded. Shame about the turnout, did dampen the atmosphere a bit. Maybe gutter's right on his blog, this music really pushes it and may take more time before people turn on..
I had a great night though, good to meet peopl face to face. The rig wasn't as heavy as last time, but the council types saw to that, bastards! I just hope pinch made enough to cover, cos it's a thankless tough job and he deserve s respect for getting such a quality line up down to brizzle

p.s Anyone there recognise the skream tune that started all electro then into big sweeping strings? Gave me major tingles!!

Not really mate. Although Mike didn't say he was speaking off-the-record, I don't wanna go into all the grim (sic) details. Suffice to say he's having a tough time with it right now, and it's starting to effect his personal life as well.

What I will say is this: If you love the music, don't just scab it from P2P networks and then share it around indiscriminantly - buy the records, cds, t-shirts, attend the gigs etc. Believe me, it matters now more than ever that we support the artists & labels if we want good music to survive.

Okay, I'll get off my soup box now...

Big up Subloaded crew. Had a lot of fun… Didn’t arrive till about half 12, having spent nearly four hours in the back of a van coming from Hackney. Real nice to hear those tunes through Dissident’s rig – spent hours jumping from side to side with my head dancing at three times the speed of my legs. Skream’s set had me in bits. Drank far too much of the Black Swan’s dodgy draft Kronenbourg though, and have been paying for it ever since. Good to meet Gutter, Pinch (hope the finances weren’t too messy Rob) and some other folk. Safe night, cheers.
