A 320 is a track that's an MP3 that the file reads at 320 kbps (kilabytes per second). when you export the file from your sequencer & convert it to MP3, convert it to 320 kbps. Most tracks exported at 320 sound better, & crisper when played on a big sound system.

And if you're using a sequencer like mine (Reason), you'll need either a free converter or a free audio editor that exports in mp3. My program of choice for this is Audacity, it's freeware from sourceforge.
There are higher quality formats than this (wav, aiff, flac...), but 320kbps mp3's seem to be the most popular ratio between quality and file size.
Would you mind tossing one this way when you've got it figured out? nice track :D

yeah man, take your midi from the wobbles, add them together, then have that midi program a sine wave way down in the 20-100 Hz range. (sorry if you know this already, im just trying to help, you didnt know what a "320" was)

would actually be a pretty fun novelty dubstep track if it had more sub.
