I call this "The Gil".... only because my friend Gil introduced it to me.

Highball glass filled with with ice
2 Shots of Bombay Saphire Gin (its good with Hendricks too)
1 Large wedge of Lime, Squeezed into the glass
Topped off with Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice.

Ill put it this way, I used to be one of those "I dont drink Gin" types of people. After experiencing this drink, I am now one of those "I dont drink Vodka" types of people.

Simply put - its amazing.

poor girl's campari

Post by ivysomething » Fri Mar 16, 2007 4:47 am

Sloe Gin Fizz/Fizzle/Thizzle

sloe gin (1.5 oz)
lemon juice (3 oz)
club soda/quinine/tonic h2o (3.5 oz)

get that shit in an 8oz highball glass and be happy the bar has sloe gin!
you might even get it for free for being the first one to order the dusty bottle's contents!

i drink this when i wanna feel like a wealthy little old italian lady, but can't afford a bottle of campari... 8)

about as good as a 'BenBow' I'd guess:

1/2 pint of strongbow in a pint glass topped up with benylin ..... or any brand cough medicine with codeine although Benolyn with Codeine is also 5% alcohol :) ...

for slightly classier occassions...

An MG:

take one *large* straight shot glass mostly fill with Kahlua then float some Baileys on top...

looks like a miniture pint of guiness ... a mini guiness ... an MG

mostly I drink tequila and red bull these days, I'm getting old.

cheers

this is called the "what's happenin'" (my name is J.J. and the bartender was confused between the Goodtimes and What's Happenin' TV shows)

Belvedere Vodka and a splash of Chambourd Liquer, shaken and served in a martini glass.

kinda harsh at first, but well wicked effects!

ezzzzzzzzz

add ice, and your away!

this is very east to drink loads of, and it has to be copella brand apple juice, nothing else will do! any bison vodka will suffice though...now where did i put that key to my drinks cabinet
oi bought the Wisent Vodka last weekend, but didn't know that it has to be copella apple juice. So I have to run to the polish market again in the hope they have it :)

RATING: *****

Careful now, "the culprit" ( MUNGO) had a whiteout in the garden, we couldn't find him anywhere so we left assuming he had gone home. He woke up to find a fox licking the puke off his face!!!!!! nice
