between amon tobin, bonobo and the chemical brothers you will find all the inspiration for my sound. tobin in particular has always been pushing genres and sounds into the future. massive respect to the master.

the last bit is pretty funny, especially when you consider that he has just terrible stage presence. i've seen him 6 or 7 times over the years, and his stage show always consists of him just standing behind his kit, smoking. and rocking the fuckin house.

last time i saw him, he opened with a heavy dubstep tune. it started with an odd ambient intro, then out of know where came this massive "riser" (for lack of a better term); a sound that started way up there and crashed all the way down to the bottom. this poor dude in front of us, who had obviously had a drink too many and shouldn't have just shared that joint with his buddies, just crashed to the floor as that riser sunk into its lowest notes. ah the power of music.
