Did I just catch him on a bad night or is he usually a terrible performer?
I thought the exact same thing. He's obviously a boss why does he have to act like that

I was on stage the whole time and youre absolutely wrong. There were a lot of dubstep's most important on that stage and we were ALL joking around, mostly celebrating our success since we've all known each other for years. To the audience it may have looked like he was trying to ruin the vibe but it was just horsing around.

that's true, but if you're trainwrecking every other mix (like skream did when I saw him) then its going to be a shit set no matter how big the tunes are.

Last time I saw the man I was so displeased with what he was playying I favoured sitting outside the whole time, seriously had no build at all in the set just constant noise. Distance came on afterwards and killed it :D

when skream came to seattle for the first time i heard that he got hella drunk and played a bunch of disco... glad i didnt go... nor would i want to if a dj is known to get wasted on whatever and/or fuck about and act like an idiot. especially when some of these djs are charging stupid amounts of money to book them... the producers of the event feel ripped off, and so do the people attending.. and some might think twice about attending another event produced by the same people.... if you want to call yourself a dj, and get paid to play somewhere... do your fuckin job...you can still have fun and put on a great show without getting wasted and getting out of control.

Ya.. all of us have known each other MAD long, so it was pure horsing aroung. Let me tell you, I was on that stage and it made me SO proud to see folks I've been friends with, worked with over the years and we're all doing our thing, and doing it big. From the djs, to management, to agents, we were all on that stage, and we're all tight.

I hope this ends this discussion, its crazy how people can overthink things they see.

seems so. a little off putting way of wording things missbrass...respect to the people who were there long ago and got the ball rolling but there is no longer such thing as dubsteps most important IMO. and if there is, its to each his own. props for doing work but we all do and are all important....

i wasnt there and i think humor and rewinds are a big part of dj sets but i can see how it could go overboard.

out to skream tho big up

I wasn't there but reading this was quite an eye opener :)

You all goof off during a set ruining some of the fans time.

Then have the audacity to say it's ok because it was some of dubsteps most important people
