I think i got it disected for you
two parted, first bit is snyth with square wave and (maybe a soft saw) both one ovtace below middle c. pan left and route to vocoder on a channel, then route your voice into a channel form mic and then route that to the vocoder channel, also pan it right. turn both the modlulater and carrier all the way down and the wet all the way up.
second part is a simple sqaure wave one octave below middle c with a lfo skewed all the way to the left (pluck effect) with a bit of resonance.
maybe add crush to the vocoder for a crispyer sound.

I somewhat tried what you are referrring to didn't quite work. I am running Ableton and Reason.
