dude yeah i was there for Breakage, he's a sick selecta, but i was a little bit bummed with his mixing, it seemed like he was nervous or something (or coked out, did you see the way he was mugging his computer screen?). I counted 3-4 strugglefest mixes. serious bass vibes though

I love that bassnectar tune basshead but I find it impossible to mix with other dubstep tunes for some reason. I think because its not in the 140bpm range but more like the 170-180bpm range, anyone else find that?

yeah man, its the same with his tune Here We Go. Its just bass music, not necessarily dubstep. @ audiotistic this weekend bassnectar mixed out of Here we Go into DC Breaks - Halo, a dnb tune, so I'm under the impression that it's probably at around 180 bpm

Yeah I was way more into his selection than any of the others. Serious rave vibes coming from most the dubstep DJs which is all good and fun but it was nice to have someone bringing some 2 step vibes and some jungle and shit. Did you check Eskmo? Pretty sick stuff too. I ran into him after his set and blah blah blahed at him.

nah man i didn't get to check Eskmo, we didn't get in until right when Breakage's set was starting. but yeah, breakage brought sweet vibes, I was really diggin' the diversity. plus, Wibbler always goes down a treat.

Man, Bassnectar was sickk at Audiotistic. Because of unfortunate circumstances, I came in a little late for his set, but I danced my way up to the front.
Anyone coming to the show at the Wiltern on Oct. 9th? Only 30 bucks right now!

bassnectar ripped it apart at electric zoo this year as well. i had been planning on leaving early on sunday to go to something else, considering I had seen bassnectar 3 times this year, but he's just too sick, he was making some crazy mixes.
