it's when they don;t respond to emails, snail mail, and phone calls that i get pissy
when i got Q1 2010 statements for a tune i releases, but had not gotten any for the previous year and asked for them

Like the email said; this is a NEW invoicing system, so there aren't statements for previous quarters. xXxX sold so poorly that it won't be a problem to go through 2009 and generate a statement for you, though. I'll handle that ASAP.

this is after repeated voice mails etc and still have yet to see sales statements from 2009 :?

actually - now that you mention it... I still have an outstanding release still waiting to come out and I think it was signed in 2008. I heard some test pressings are finally floating around, so hopefully it won't be too much longer.

Very true - so since you mentioned it is digital, I would definitely be concerned. No need to fly off the handle yet.. but maybe start letting other labels/djs hear it, see if there is some other interest in it. If so, and if the label continues to ignore you, then start shopping it again.

tracks are coming out late sep and they just have a few other release before mine and also they have ask me to do a remix for one of there tunes,
don't know if it was a good or bad thing about bugging them about the Ep and now they want me to do a remix pretty sweet i guess.
