Ahh right, was looking forward to it bit unsure now haha, but just wanted to know what the place was like, just looking forward to some good tunes through a decent sound system, rather than the boring same old music in town

I went to the Circus records takeover there and it was a really good night. Drinks not too expensive if you're sticking to beer. The crowd was well up for it as well.

if you like chainsaw, scene kids, drone and heads who think they're rude as fuck...you'll enjoy it. wish there was more dubstep in Manchester rather than this brostep wobble bullshit fad that don't seem to be ending anytime soon.

Oh my. Is there not a jazz café somewhere you can go to and eat cheese and listen to Dadstep? Why would you want something popular that people enjoy to end? Surly it's a different scene? I'm pretty sure there isn't a max quota Manchester has for Dubstep nights. And actually there are loads of nights in Manc which cater for the more boring...erm..I mean intelligent Dubstep. If you can't find them on here then go into Eastern Bloc or Picadilly Records and look at the flyers on the desk

whatever mate go enjoy inspector cockplate and his chainsaw adventures. i don't mind some tear out stuff aslong as it actually sounds decent and has some musical ability..sick of these heads who call themselves producers or fans when they don't have the first clue about dubstep and are ignorant to its roots.

manchester is full of them.

and alex i know man lookin forward..kinda know you thru facebook innit.

Why would a producer need to know about the roots of Dubstep? If someone makes tracks and people consume and enjoy them what's the problem? If you don't like it don't listen to it or go to the events. Very simple stuff. There's no need to get your knickers in a twist about what other people are listening to. The worst thing about Dubstep and DSF is this unnecessary sense of elitism that some people try to bring.

I'm not tryin to be an elitist i'm just sayin theres too many nights in manny that are pushin that same midrange wobble sound..i don't mind some of it but a majority is terrible and gives dubstep a bad name, I think alot of these new listeners probably don't know that bass and low frequencies are the main parts of dubstep
